Tim Jones
Director



Since finishing University in 2001 Tim has dedicated his time to becoming one of the best personal trainers in London. In 2005 he launched www.tjfpersonaltraining.com, an exclusive personal training brand which is proving to be a great success. This year Tim launched a new website with his wife Ariane www.thetjfblog.com which is an online source of information relating to all aspects of health and fitness.

Tim has a high profile client base including a number of celebrities - he is regularly featured in a number of top publications, including national press such as The Daily Mail.

THE WELLNESS COACH
Charlie Cannon
Director



Charlie is a highly motivating and inspirational wellness coach. His wealth of experience comes from his own personal journey and self-discovery. He has transformed himself from being directionless, unhealthy and very unhappy to having boundless energy with a true purpose in life. He started his career in the wellness industry as a personal trainer, building up a high profile client list - it was not long before he realized that to get the results he wanted for his clients, an ‘inside out ‘ approach was imperative.

Charlie immersed himself in mind, body learning, studying such disciplines as yoga, chi gung, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, Barbara Brennan Healing Science, NLP and Positive Psychology; through this Charlie has developed a very unique and highly effective coaching style. He is now working with such organisations as Tesco’s and Shell integrating physical wellbeing programs into the workplace. Charlie passionately continues his own learning and self development which takes him all over the world.

THE CONDITIONING COACH
Ariane da Costa Jones
Director



Ariane grew up in Rio Brazil, where she began her sports career as a ballet dancer at the tender age of 4. She became a professional Ballerina at the age of 14 and when she was 17 Ariane left Brazil to perform in America for the prestigious New York Ballet.

Ariane moved to London 6 years ago and after shifting her attention to fitness and health has dedicated herself to becoming one of London’s finest personal trainers. Through her dancing background and fitness qualifications from the American Institute N.A.S.M (National Academy Of Sports Medicine), Ariane has developed a unique style of training – one that has become hugely successful and very popular. Ariane is regularly featured in a number of publications and will be appearing in Men’s Health in the UK June Issue.

THE PERFORMANCE COACH
Martine Snow
Director



Martine is an accomplished Coach, Master Hypno-theraptist and Trainer of NLP. Inspired by a genuine passion for human excellence, Martine has made the study of human potential her life works. Her studies have led her to experience all forms of body/mind work including but not limited to Coaching, Rolfing, Psycho-therapy, Reiki, Barbara Brennan Healing Science, Hypno-therapy, TBM, Acupuncture, Acupressure, Shiatsu, Yoga, Yoga Psychology, Chi Gung, Total Mind Photo Reading, Thai Yoga Massage, FIRO Theory, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, TimeLine Therapy, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, CHEK Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching and Breathing Coaching.

Martine utilises a unique combination of NLP and Hypnotherapy combined with influences from her Yoga studies and her direct body/mind work to assist private individuals, athletes and corporations achieve optimum performance. Martine has become know for her mastery of human change work through her intimate understanding of how human behaviour is influenced by conscious and sub-conscious thought processes.

Martine has worked privately with many brides and grooms on areas such as communication, weight loss, eating disorders, allergies and skin conditions, state management, public speaking, stress management, anxiety, sleep disorders, decision making, event planning, relaxation, work/life balance, coping with pressure, happiness and confidence.
